Clevedon’s No 1 Junior Football Club

Clevedon United Juniors are really making a name for themselves! We were all delighted when last season they were rewarded with two prestige awards from the Somerset FA. They did it again this year when they were recognised as being one of the leading junior clubs in girls football in Somerset and coach Phil Williams was awarded the ‘Junior football Coach of the Year’. Joanna Williams and Roxanne Found received the ‘Inclusive Volunteers of the Season’ award in recognition of the tireless work that the club do in their inclusive/disability section. Congratulations to all the players, their managers, coaches and volunteers as well as the families who support their young players.

The Club is currently looking for new players to bolster their U10 girls’ team. (Year 4 and 5) Training is on Tuesday nights at 18.30 at the Everyone Active Stadium and matches are played on Sundays

They are also offering a second year of inclusive / disability football training to boys and girls aged 5 to 15. This takes place at Clevedon School Sports Centre on Sunday mornings from 10.00am – 11.00am. These play & pay sessions only cost £2.50 and start again this Sunday 7th October.

Don’t forget this Saturday October 6th there’s FREE football training for reception and Year 1 Boys & Girls from 9.30am to 10.30am at the Everyone Active Stadium on the 3G pitch. All players are welcome.

Clevedon United Juniors are a popular, community based, family orientated,  diverse, inclusive club of over 400 players who offer the young people of Clevedon and the surrounding areas an exciting opportunity to learn new football skills, to socialise, meet new friends and improve their general health and fitness levels.

The club are currently looking for sponsorship so if you as an individual, local or national company are seeking to give something back to the local community and grassroots football then please, please  : ***GET INVOLVED***
